December  ~~~~~~~~~  No clothing items. We will be doing sales 

& preparing the shop for the Spring!

**Non-Clothing** For Consigning

*Holiday* clothing & items – we only accept these items 2 weeks to 2 months before that holiday. Most people shop for holiday items early to prepare for the holiday. 

Christmas   bring in starting Oct 1st thru Dec 1st

Easter          bring in starting Feb 15th

Halloween   bring in starting Sept 1st

We do not take the following items:

small toys, maternity, diaper genies, picture frames, car seats, board games, stuffed animals, bedding, baby bathtubs, socks, some electronics, etc.

Please clean all equipment before consigning. Wash the covers and wipe down the surface.


Do I need an appointment to drop-off merchandise?

YES! An appointment is necessary for all new consignors! Call the shop to schedule one.

How many items can I drop-off at a time?

Limit  of 30 items per drop off.   If you have more than 30 please make sure that is discussed when your appt is made. Clothing must be on hangers facing the left (top of hanger like a question  mark) OR layed out flat (not folded). If items are dropped off with multiple stains and out of season and such, they will sent back with the consignor to bring back at a later date when you have had time to prepare them properly.  Please no trash bags!!

I have never consigned before, how does it work?

Bring us your name brand, fashionable items (clothing on hangers) freshly laundered/cleaned and we will let you know what we think we can sell. We assign an account number to you and we price all of your items under your account. Your items have a consignment period of 4-6 months. When the item sells you get 50% of the sale price , less any fees. You can use your money as store credit or pick up a check once a month. We will only mail a check upon request with a $1 fee. You can check your account balance online at

All items must be in great shape.

~Pricing of consigned items is set by Sweet Seconds. When items sell, Sweet Seconds will retain 50% of sold piece and 50% will go to the consignor. A .25 cent fee will be added to all clothing NOT hung. Items without working batteries will incur a $1.00 battery fee.
~The consignment period is four to six months. Items will be sold during the first two months at full price. Items not sold after two months may be placed on sale for 25%, 50%, or 75% off. Items not picked up after the consignment period can be donated at the discretion of Sweet Seconds.
~Money is available when the item sells. Store credit can be used anytime and a check can be issued 1 time per month but must be at least $15
~Any items found to be unacceptable after being accepted due to defects, stains, missing parts and recalls will be donated.
